We aim for all orders to be despatched within 10 business days.
How will my sign arrive?
We use the Royal Mail for all our deliveries and all signs will come in a protective box.
Do I need to drill any holes in the sign?
No, all our signs come pre-drilled and contain all the relevant fixings and fitting instructions.
How do I clean my sign?
Each material is cleaned using a different method, so please refer to your fitting instructions for the correct procedure.
Is my sign guaranteed?
Yes, we offer a 12 month guarantee on all purchases.
What if I don't like my sign?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised signs once an order has been produced and despatched.
What if my sign is damaged?
If you receive a damaged sign, please inform us immediately either by phone or on our contact page and we will send out a replacement.
Where is my sign?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your sign within 10 business days, please notify us and we will endeavour to track your order.
I live outside the UK, can I purchase a sign?
Yes, we despatch to anywhere in the world.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure payment service hosted by WORLDPAY (RBS) and accept all major credit cards and PAYPAL.
How much is delivery?
Delivery will be automatically calculated on payment depending on your location. Price bands are as follows UK £3.99, Europe £5.99. Worldwide £9.99.
